		+	They're made with MediaWiki's template system. You can see the source for the simple sign one [http://www.beaverandsteve.com/wiki/index.php?title=Template:Sign&action=edit here].

		+	Basically, you could just write <nowiki>{{Sign}}</nowiki> and it would use the default values, which give it yellow background, size 10 text and a label that says "Sign!": {{Sign}}
