Sugar Frosted Bamboo Puffs seem to be one of Steve's favourite breakfast cereals. In Comic 113, he found that someone had eaten all his bamboo puffs and found the culprit to have been a herd of pandas that had infested their kitchen.

It might seem odd at first to many that Steve, being a panda hater at heart, would enjoy something like a cereal made from bamboo. However, it might also indicate that the whole mystery might go even deeper than any of us could ever imagine...
