Oh the unimaginable PAIN!
In Comic 1 Steve feels suffused with love. Beaver then points out the fact that he has lice.
Steve's lice are friendly and enjoy Steve being their host body.
They then, sadly meet a quick demise as Steve SLORP's them and presumably eats them.
