Rupert T. Roach, from Comic 50
Elegant British roach who puts on airs to seem to be a member of an aristocracy. He drinks tea regularly, and loves to tell anecdotes. As a cockroach, it has been shown that he can die and then return.
He is a source of annoyance for both Beaver and Steve on a number of occasions.
