Rupert T. Roach, from Comic 50
Rupert T. Roach, originally introduced via Beaver's new roach farm in Comic 50, is an elegant, sophisticated, verbose, and arrogant British roach who puts on airs to seem to be a member of an aristocracy. He regularly drinks tea and loves to tell anecdotes. As a cockroach, it has been shown that he can die and then return.
All hell broke loose when Steve inadvertently magnified Rupert to the size of a skyscraper (in Comic 58), but after a series of unfeasible events, Steve managed to defeat him by reversing the polarity of the microwave (Comic 70).
