Although they haven't made any actual appearances in any of the comics (yet), poisonous bears have been referred to on two occasions.<br />
<br />
Firstly, in [[Comic 25]], Beaver disagreed with Steve's statement that "[[bear]]s are the <u>most</u> dangerous animal" and pointed at the sign showing the way to poisonous bears.<br />
<br />
And then, in [[Comic 27]], Steve became rather disappointed when he realised that the bear who had given [[Bear Victim Guy]] a mauling was not poisonous at all.<br />
