James Turner is everything. He is the creator, the one and only, the alpha and the omega, the shirt and the shoes, the everwarm cup of divine tea and holy biscuits. At least as far as Beaver and Steve are concerned, that is.
To the rest of the world he's just some guy who's kind of crazy, but occasionally (read: twice a week) ends up drawing a great comic.
In short: Huzzah!
When he appears within the comic, he wears a red fez and a smoking jacket, and smokes a bubble pipe.
