James Turner is a webcomic artost, creator of Beaver and Steve (Short for "The unfeasible adventures of Beaver and Steve")

He uploads the comics regulary twice a week.

When he appears within the comic, he wears a red fez and a smoking jacket, and smokes a bubble pipe.
