Panel 1

Beaver and Steve are standing in front of a little logo that reads "Beaver and Steve INVESTIGATE". Beaver is wearing a greenish-blue tie.
Beaver: "Hello and welcome to another episode of 'Beaver & Steve investigate'"
Beaver: "Tonight we'll be asking the question:"

Panel 2

Beaver: "Just who or what is our arch-nemesis Cyber-Spook?"
Cyber-Spook: (on a small screen where the logo was) "RRR!"

Panel 3

A shot of a ghost having robotic implants installed, with Steve narrating the scene.
Steve: "I think he was a ghost. Horribly injured in an accident."
"He was taken to a secret government lab and rebuilt with advanced cybernetics."
