Transcript

Steve: "I don't feel so good Beaver"
Beaver: "What have you been eating?"

Steve opens his mouth.
Top Hat Guy: (emerging from Steve's mouth) "Hey pal, how about a little goddam privacy?"

Steve: "Did you see anything?"
Beaver: "Maybe you should eat more fibre?"

This is the first appearance of Steve's inner demons.

The Top Hat Guy looks fairly similar to Abraham Lincoln.
