Panel 1
Beaver: "Ouch! I've got such a dreadful headache!"
Steve: "Don't worry Beaver..."
Panel 2
Steve is holding a "My first neurosurgery kit", rated for ages 3+.
Steve: "...today's your lucky day!"
Panel 3
Beaver is strapped to an operating table and Steve is drawing a cut line across his forehead.
Beaver: "Are you sure about this Steve?"
Steve: "Of course Beaver! Headaches are emitted by the brain!"
Panel 4
Steve wields a scalpel while he speaks.
Steve: "..so all we have to do is remove it and the problem will be solved."
Beaver: "What? But Steve, I need my brain! To think!"

Steve: "OK, OK, remove the brain, fix the brain, whatever... Why do you always have to fuss about the details?"
Beaver: "You know, I think maybe I'll just take an aspirin instead."
Beaver STRAIN!s against the restraints.
Beaver: "If you'll just undo these straps Steve... Steve?"

Steve covers Beaver's nose and mouth with a rag of "chlorophorm".
Steve: "Shhh.. it's time to sleep now, little one..."
Beaver: "Mmmf!"
Fun Facts
- James knowingly spelled chloroform incorrectly, and went ahead and posted the comic anyway, in contradiction to a previous wish for correct spelling in all BnS comics.
- Chloroform is considered an environmental hazard, and as such Beaver and Steve is not green.
