Panel 1

Beaver and Steve are in black and white. Beaver SHOW!s a flower in a pot to Steve.

Beaver: "Look Steve, I bought us a potted plant!"
Steve: "The horror!!"

Panel 2

Steve shows Beaver his AETP badge.

Steve: "You may not be aware of this Beaver but I'm a member of the AETP, that is: Animals for the Ethical Treatment of Plants. And I can not stand by and allow you to continue in this kind of behaviour on my watch."

Panel 3

Beaver and Steve STRUGGLE over control of the potted plant.

Beaver: "Hey, watch it there!"
Steve: "It's for your own moral good!"

Panel 4

Steve tosses the potted plant into the air.

Steve: And there! Go free little flower, into the wild where you belong!

Panel 5

Steve looks at the broken potted plant on the ground, with a knowing smile.

Panel 6

Steve looks more carefully at the broken potted plant on the ground, now uncertain.

Panel 7

Steve is aghast.

Steve: "Oh god! What have I done?"
