Panel 1

Beaver and Steve are standing at a barrier.
Beaver: "Look Steve! Panda!"

Panel 2

A panda is sitting on the ground with a stick of bamboo and looking glum. "MEW"
Beaver: "Isn't he just the cutest!"

Panel 3

Steve, looking mighty unamused: "Rumble rumble... stupid no good pandas..."

Panel 4

Glum panda tilts head in a questioning manner. "MEW" "MEW"

Panel 5

Steve, looking downright angry: "...Sittin' there with his fancy bamboo..."

Panel 6

Panda NYEM NYEM's on his fancy bamboo. "MEW"

Panel 7

Steve, climbing over the barrier: "That's it! I'm going in there!"
Beaver, stopping him: "Steve! Wait!"

Panel 8

Beaver, pointing at a sign: "Look!"

Steve looks surprised to see the sign.

Fun Facts

This is the first appearance of a panda in Beaver and Steve and where we learn of Steve's seemingly irrational hatred of them (but we're sure Steve has a perfectly legitimate reason).
