Title: knead somebody to love
Date: October 6, 2006
Summary: Steve's clay golem is feeling lonely, so Steve creates a companion.
"Fin" style: Molded from clay, with pieces missing
Number of panels: 7
The Golem sits on the table with a *SIGH*, looking very sad.
Golem speaks to Steve, who is standing behind the table.
Golem: "Oh mighty and benevolent bringer of life, why have you created me* to be alone in the world?"
Golem: "I beg of you, sculpt me a companion so that I might finally know what it is to be 'happy'."
Steve: "Hmm.. I'll see what I can do."
A small pink box in the lower left says: "*See episode 120!"
Steve begins to PULL! a clump of clay from Golem's head.
Golem rubs at the missing part of his head, while Steve SCULPT!s and MOULD!s the clay in his hands.
Golem looks over fascinated.
Golem: "I am humbled to bear witness to the act of creation!"
Steve looks back crossly and hides the clay beside him, where Golem can't see it.
Steve: "Hey! Stop peeking!"
Steve finishes making the small clay car.
Steve: "Look! I made a little car!"
Golem: "Truly, the magnitude of your generosity is matched only by the enormity of your wisdom."
Steve: "Toot toot!"
The scene shifts a few feet to the right, showing Beaver now talking to Steve, and little hearts coming from the edge of the table.
Beaver: "Steve, why is the golem making out with a car?"
Steve: "Do not question the creator!"
- Golem's eyes have gained a black border they didn't have originally.
- This is a sequel to Comic 120, in which the golem was created.
