Transcript

Panel 1

Beaver and Steve, both wearing Renaissance-era costumes, are sitting in a stall at a fair.
Beaver: "So, remind me again, why are we at a Renaissance Fair?"
Steve: "To sell soap!"

Panel 2

Beaver: (holding a piece of soap that has "SOAP" written on it) "Yes, but why? Did they even have soap back then? Why are we selling it?"

Panel 3

Steve: "Because it's so delightfully Fight Club-esque that it's almost scary!"

Panel 4

Beaver: "What!? Have you even seen Fight Club? It hardly had anything to do with soap!"
Steve: "Well, I haven't seen it per se..."

Panel 5

Steve: (thinking about the Fight Club poster) "But I did see a poster, and I saw some words carved into soap on it, and, well, you know how I like to carve words into soap!"

Panel 6

Beaver: (looking rather CREEPED OUT!) "Yeah, I've been meaning to talk to you about that. There's something kinda, uh, fundamentally creepy about using soap with the word "Paul" carved into it"

Panel 7

Steve: (enthusiastically) "It's the soap's name!"

Panel 8

Awkward, pause, Beaver is looking at Steve who looks happy.
The shot reveals the sign above the stall that reads "SOAPS! they've got clean! oh yes!".

Panel 9

Beaver is still staring at Steve, who is looking less cheerful now.

Panel 10

Beaver smirks as Steve sulks quietly.
