Beaver and Steve are standing near a door, a sign above the door reads:

PLOT CONTINUES
THIS WAY V

Steve is wearing the Shoe-bot heads. Beaver: "Come on Steve, stop playing with the severed heads of our enemies- The Shoe Goblin went this way!"
Steve: "Mm... Roomy..."
The severed Shoe-bot heards RRR...

Panel 2

Beaver: "Oh! here he is!!"
Shoe Goblin: "So, ye bested my mechanical minions did ye?"
Shoe Goblin: "Well ye're still too late to prevent me from completing the final phase o' my plan..."
Beaver: "Ooh- What plan?"
Shoe Goblin: "My plan to..."

A 'Shoe launch port' is seen in the background, aimed for planet Earth as the Shoe Goblin reaches for a button that reads 'SHOE'.
Shoe Goblin: "...SHOE THE EARTH!"
Beaver: "GASP! The consequenses of irresponsible footware retail become terrifyingly clear!"

Fun Facts

The Earth has a happy, yet ignorant face.
The shoe used to shoe the earth appears smaller than the one the Shoe Goblin purchased earlier in this story arc. That button looks familiar.
There could very well be more than one Shoe Launch Port.
