Beaver looks thoughtful.
Beaver: "You know, it's just a guess, but maybe that giant shoe-rack-shaped space station is where the Shoe Goblin is hiding..."
Beaver: "Initiate docking procedure!"
Steve WIGGLEs a sausage and SQUISHes a fried egg.
Steve: "Docking procedure initiated!"

Panel 2

The space rocket flies towards the station.

Panel 3

The space rocket CRUNCHes into the station.
Steve: "Docking Complete!"

Panel 4

Shoe Goblin stands in the doorway. Beaver and Steve stand by the space rocket that's poking though the wall.
Steve is eating something.
Shoe Goblin: "So, it seems ye have found my secret lair.."
Beaver: "Shoe Goblin!"
Beaver: "Whatever you're planning to do you won't get away with it!"

Panel 5

Shoe Goblin: "Perhaps ye'd like to debate that matter with my two mechanical friends.."
Shoe Goblin: "I think ye'll find they have a little suprise for ye..."
Two huge robots LOOM! and EMERGE! from the shadows in the doorway, and their feet CLANK. Their heads cannot be seen.

Panel 6

Steve: "Wait, is the suprise something to do with shoes?"
Beaver looks excited.
Beaver: "Oh yes, I'll bet that's it!"

Panel 7

Shoe Goblin looks nervous.
Shoe Goblin: "Well, I, uh... not shoes exactly..."

Panel 8

The two robots reveal theirs heads to be shoes.
Shoe Goblin: "Alright, alright, the suprise be that they have shoes for heads."
Shoe Goblin: "What are ye trying to say?"

Fun Facts

  • Apparently, the Shoe Goblin has become a Cyborg.
  • The Shoe Goblin likes shoes a lot. Perhaps too much.
  • Crashing into a spacestation can be considered as a succesful docking.
  • Beaver and Steve are trying to say the Shoe Goblin is predictable.
  • You need spacesuits inside space rockets and space stations, too.
  • Steve knows how to get food through a space suit helmet.
