Summary: Steve decides to look into the sun and Beaver doesn't apporove.
"Fin" style: Written on the sun.
Number of panels: 6
Beaver walks up to Steve, who is staring at something.
Beaver: "Hey Steve! What are you looking at?"
Steve: "The Sun."
Beaver: "Now Steve, how many times do I have to tell you: NEVER look directly at the Sun!..."
Beaver and Steve are still staring at the Sun, who is actually much smaller and tapdancing on their bookshelf.
The Sun is juggling a pair of scissors, a shoe, an owl and a skull while making noises.
The books on the shelf are titled "Generic Book," "How to Fill a Shelf," "Generic Book vol. 2,", "Scenery" and "A Shoeful of Trouble".
Beaver: "...You'll only encourage him"
Sun: "Doot! Doot!" Sun: "Look at me! look at me!"
Beaver and Steve walk away from the Sun, who is now standing on the shelf sadly.
Beaver: "Just ignore him Steve, and I'm sure he'll go away"
Beaver and Steve are standing looking positive.
Beaver gets hit in the head with an owl thrown by the Sun.
- This is the last Jamesian comic before the Great Hiatus, including the 200th comic. :(
- Dracula was trapped in a glass by Steve in Comic 80. He has broken out from it before, as shown in Comic 141 and Comic 142, after which he was turned into a pile of dust instead of getting trapped. But... ixnay on the ontinuity-cay!
- The owl bears a striking resemblance to one of Steve's Three Judges
