Panel 1

Steve has a shovel and is digging a hole. In the background there lies a young tree, ready to plant.
Beaver: "OK Steve, while you're digging that hole for the tree, how about I rustle us up some cakes?"
Steve: "Hmm... a stone!.. I'll soon dig you out of there..."
Steve's shovel hits the stone with a DIK!

Panel 4

Beaver has joined Steve next to the unusual stone cube.
Beaver: "I don't know what it is, but I think you should leave it alone."
Steve: "Look! There's a door!"

Panel 5

Steve blocks the view of the door.
Steve: "Hmm... it seems to be covered in ancient runes - a message in some long-forgotten language. Who can possibly guess at its meaning?"

Panel 6

The door is visible, reading "DO NOT OPEN".
Beaver: "I think maybe it's telling you not to open it..."
Steve: "Wild speculation!"
