Sorry for the late upload of the comic, but I was busy all weekend at the Brighton Comic Expo. It started off pretty slow, but the second day was a lot better and I managed to sell a whole lotta badges and draw a whole bunch of sketches ranging from kittens to monkeys in jetpacks and everything in between. Fun all round!

I also got to know some other great webcomic creators: the spendidly brilliant Ali 'not a dutch girl' Graham, the brilliantly fantastic Liz 'actually a dutch girl' Groenveld, and the fantastically splendid John 'not a girl even though he has a girl's name' Allison. They are not only all superbly talented artists and writers but also throughly gosh darn lovely people. Hurrah for them!

And finally special thanks to Matt Shaw for helping around the stand and generally bosting morale - he is now the official head of the Beaver and Stevekateers. Or somesuch. Yay!

If you really want all the gory details you can read the full write up of the event on my blog - but it is only half written and already very dull so I strongly recommend against it.

And today marks the beginning of a new era at Beaver and Steve - the era of ADVERTISING. The cracking Edd Egg will be taking the advertising spot for the first two weeks, but after that it will be available to all comers. If you're interested in advertising with us you can find out more details here.

See you friday!
