Information about advertising
Hey! Beaver and Steve attracts an average of over 7,000 unique visitors per day, and all these people could be reading YOUR message for a LOW LOW price. The 468 x 60 advertising banner which appears at the top of EVERY PAGE (except for the forum header, but we're working on it) can be yours for a rate of just $20 a week (may change in the future) - if you're interested, send an email to James for more details:

The ad spot is currently reserved up to 17 December 2006
If you're interested in having your ad up after that, contact James right away - if you wait for the current campaigns to end, someone else will probably have booked your spot already!
More details
Firstly, the website is rather family-friendly, so the ads will have to be at least PG rated. As for the ad system, we're using a custom home-made one where each advertiser will also be able to log in and check the stats to see how their ads are doing. Listings of all clicks with visitor IP addresses are also available.
Advertisers will be asked to provide the following:
- Username and password
(for the ad system)
- Full name
- E-mail
- Banner image
(486x60; GIF, PNG or JPG. Flash banners also supported, but might need a little testing)
- Link that the banner would lead to
Geotargeting
If you're interested in what countries the visitors come from, here are the results produced by data that was gathered from ad views between July 13 and July 27 and processed with a freeware geotargeting database:
